Lately , I have been playing paid games on my Non-Jailbroken iPad Mini WiFi (iOS 9.3.5) through Cydia Imapctor . If I request for a cheat/hack for the paid game , will attaching a link of the .ipa file be enough or is more input required from me ?

Hey,

 

Just make a hack request in the proper section and the cheat will do it if he/she can. If the cracked ipa can't be found online then you should crack it and supply it inside the post.
