Step 3: After the download has finished, you will need to go to where you saved the .IPA files. Once you're there, open up the IPA you just downloaded using 7-Zip then open the Payload -> xyxyxy.app -> find Info.plist and open it in a text editor.    

Step 4: You will now need to edit the Info.plist and add these two lines right under the MinimumOSVersion key. See the screenshot below for guidance. UIFileSharingEnabled      

Step 5: Once you have added that, save the modified Info.plist and make sure to update it inside 7-Zip archive when prompted. If you cannot then extract the Info.plist to your desktop, edit it then put it back into the archive.
