I've seen tutorials on here they are a bit hard and confusing can anyone show me the basics.

What is complicated at it? We even have alot of templates. Did you learn how to hack? Making savegames? How to find offsets? Binary hack with IDA ? How to use LLDB/GDB ?

 

Because making a tweak is the last station for a hack.
