Ipad Air resprings when unlocking

Hello guys so yesterday I was just checking out my ipad cydia and I downloaded appsync 7+ then in the middle of the download it just it stoped and so it didn't install properly and I tried to respring when it came to the lock screen and I tride slide to unlock it just restarted again it doesn't let me to go to home screen and siri doesn't work the only thing that works is my camera which I can open it in the lockscreen so I tried like 20 times stiil not opening then I just opened my mac and I searched out on ifunbox unfortunately there was no apps,no media,no shit left ,only the pics and idont know what to do please help

You held the home/power buttons for ten seconds and held volume up afterwards?

Boot into Safe Mode, and uninstall what you installed and hopefully that will reverse the effects. If not, you're kind of forced to restore so backup just in case.
