    Can you uninstall Cydia Substrate again?

    Well it affects a lot of apps :/. But I don't want to waste your time. I will search somewhere else and try things. Thank you for your help!

    My iPad on 9.3.3 does not have your issues, so it must be something you have installed from Cydia.

    SOLVED:

    I downloaded iCleaner Pro and deleted old preference files after removing Cydia Substrate (I only removed preference files of the tweaks affected by Cydia Substrate and old tweaks I removed before)
