The error isn't a good one.

Let it load for now, install OpenSSH & Apple File Conduit "2" also

It's probably stuck. Can you close and reopen Cydia?

Without rebooting? Should I kill cydia?

Without rebooting? Shouls I kill cydia?

My worry now is that if you reboot, you might not be able to turn your device on since you got that error in Cydia.

So, try and backup your device via iTunes, close Cydia, reopen it, install Apple File Conduit "2" & OpenSSH & also Cydia Substrate.
