Help/Support Delay when opening apps while Jailbroken

When I try to open apps like App Store, there is a 4-5 second delay before it opens. When I turn my jailbreak off, the delay seems to be gone. But when I rejailbreak with the Pangu app the delay comes back.

You should remove tweaks that affect your apps. Such as iAPCrazy, XmodGames, Flex, etc etc.

But All my apps have this delay? Even non modified apps?? I still wil try and post the results.

It doesn't matter. The tweaks are still being loaded into the apps when you launch them.

I removed Flex, LocalIAppstore, and some other tweaks but it's still there. Should I post a list of all my tweaks?

Sorry for my inactivity. I removed some but it still didn't help.

I have the following tweaks installed

Please help me. The delay effect is everywhere.

Also, I tried cleaning with iCleaner Pro
