[Help!] App could not be installed at this time

Hello guys!,

Let me start by saying that I currently have an iPhone 5c on ios 7.1.2; jailbroken.

Now yesterday morning; I have not installed any new cydia resources, tweaks, or etc.

All I was doing was making edits for my Kim kardashian game using Picsart. I tried to download an app; and recieved the error message below;

When I click on done it has the cloud next to it as if I downloaded it before; and puts it in my purchases like so;

What I have tried to fix it;

I have been googling for a day on any different fixes, including;

Rebooting;

Signing in and out of apple store;

Changing languages;

Changing dates;

Taking on off automatic updates;

Etc etc.

Also*

It does not take me to my homescreen when I try to download any app. It says it is downlaod in itunes; but no app shows on my screen.

Also, I can not delete any app unless I go to ifile and delete it from the app folder.

I also tried downloading in safe mode; and no such luck; so it is not any tweaks or wtc (which nothing new was installed when this problem occurred.

I am prepare to restore; upgrade to ios 8 and re jailbreak AGAIN tonight if I cannot find any solutions.

I just really don't want to; seeing as I have to redownload all my tweaks again.

Seems like you've tried everything we could have suggested.

How long has this been happening?

Have you tried 3G or another Wi-Fi?

Does this happen with only 'Plastic Surgery Princess' app?

Does Plastic Surgery Princess appear as installed on Settings -> General -> Usage?

Have you also tried iCleaner?

This has been happening for exactly a day now.

And it goes for any app; and whether I am on 3G or wifi.

I also reset my network settings too:/

I've tried icleaner a bunch; and no such luck

I hope my phone doesn't take forever to restore; and I do not wanna be on ios 8.

Do you have free space on your iPhone?

If you don't want to update to iOS 8, use Semi-Restore.

It keeps moving; but I have 1.5gb of storage left.

I didn't think of a semi restore though!

Always make a backup via iTunes or iCloud before you do anything though.

And maybe the error is temporary? It'll go away by itself after a day or two.

I have a backup of everything in case thought to do so since my phone was being wacky.

I was also thinking it maybe temporary, but when I googled I saw a lot of people with this issue as well; with ios 7 or 8..

I hope a semi restore works! My comp hates my wifi; so imma wait until I bother my mom to use her comp

Your choice. Seems like you've tried a lot of solutions but still get the error.

Maybe someone else here knows a fix to this?

Some other email was there when trying to restore, even when i entered my own, lol.

Well it failed to download my apps after logging it; I am not trying to install one app to see if it works.

Weird thing is that it shows all the apps downloaded before; even the one I deleted that will not go away.
