We should have "Presidents" for every top Rank;

 

To become President:

----------------------------

Staff will have a vote upon who will become the next president

Presidents will have 1 year of service

After One year they can be chosen again by staff or choose another member of the rank (non ranks can't be president)

 

Presidents / Heads of Gfx;

---------------------------------

 

- Retire inactive gfx members for their inactivity in a X amount of time.

- Check if person got skills to become 

 

Presidents / Heads of Modders/Cheater;

---------------------------------------------------

 

- check if person's active ; retire if not

- Help check inactive hacks and lock them

- Check if a person has enough requirements to become Novice/Rookie

- GFX team request 

  >Here people request to join the team which the president will check 

    >Request must have an X amount "art" or visual presentation submitted

 

- Hacking team request

There's many issues with that

like people just writing random stuff or report is inaccurate;

Yeah but we need new gfx members and the gfx system is garbage i became a gfx person after I retired
