Help/Support DOMINATIONS - UPGRADE PROBLEM

I fast forwarded my town center from enlightment to Industrial Age and it gave all the Industrial Age buildings except the Industrial Age wonder. The town center still shows as enlightment age and when I press on the Kremlin or Eiffel Tower, it says Industrial Age required even though I am in Industrial Age. I then fast forwarded to global age hoping it will get rid of the bug and reached lvl 198 with nothing else to upgrade. Even lvl 14 walls. But still it shows that I am in enlightment age and the wonders of Industrial Age are still unavailable.if I press on Kremlin or Eiffel Tower or Brandenburg,it says "Industrial Age" required to get this. Now I am scared because I have a maxed out global age base but it shows enlightment on the screen.if someone attacks me, they might report me & I might get banned. I heard that many of you guys had a similar problem in the past. So you must be knowing the solution.I did rush through the ages from enlightment to global but still...what to do ? PLEASE HELP ! When i had this issue loading an unhacked version of the game fixed it for me. Idk if it will work for you thiugh as my issue was from medieval to enlightened.

unhacked in the sense, you want me to uninstall the hack and game, clear the cache, install the game and open it without the hack on the device ?

i just used my iphone which never had a hacked version on it. But yes i mean like a full clean install.

i did it 3 times but it didn't solve. Somebody help !

SOL is an acronym that means "shit outta luck" sorry I realize not everyone here knows American acronyms and colloquialisms.

when you say you loaded an unhacked version, it still asks whether to load your saved game right ? So when I am loading the game freshly installed without the hack, it asks whether to start a new game or an existing "enlightment age" already exists in the Game Center. Do you want to load it ? And I press yes. Remember it still says enlightment not global age which is the problem in the first place.so how did you do it ???

all I did was link it to Facebook then go onto my iPhone which never had the hack installed and I loaded the save I had and it was fixed when it loaded. Like I said it may not work for you since it happened to me from medieval to enlightened for me.

so what should I do now ? Wait for the atomic age ? Will it get solved if I upgrade my town center to the atomic age legitimately without any cheat ? Or do you think if the combined time of Industrial Age(10 days) + global age 14 days= 24 days. Maybe the town center is invisibly upgrading and will be normal in 24 days ? Or should I just leave this account and start a new one ? I am totally confused.

that is actually what I put in my edit to the post above, a person on Reddit seems to believe that this is the case and that it is just invisibly upgrading still. I don't know for sure and I am not an expert by any means but if you haven't spent any money on this account I think it would be best to start a new one since you've probably been reported a lot already.

how do you know that I have probably been reported already ? Not a single person attacked me as I was using crowns to buy peace treaties but they do have cool down periods & finally somebody is bound to see my base while attacking & looking at a maxed out global age with enlightment age title, he'll probably report me. But I myself have reported to the devs with screenshots and they just don't seem to care about my problem & YES I DID SPEND A LOT OF MONEY on this account. Otherwise I would have started a new game in the blink of an eye. Money is one and the pain of going from Dawn to max global is another. These are the 2 reasons hindering me to start a fresh game. And who knows what problems I would get even while rapidly advancing in the fresh game ?!

An Internet search implies that when this happens you may also still have to wait the real world time for it to update your town center since the patch that semi-patched the crowns. I.e: if you didn't give the upgrade 10 days between enlightened and industrial you may need to wait those 10 days before it updates, it's a semi-patch and like you said apparently a method Nexon is using to detect obvious cheaters. <- still this is just speculation I found on a Reddit thread so it could be false.

if that was the case, then I am obviously a cheater and Nexon detected it.but why haven't they banned me yet ? And why are they not replying to me in customer service ? What are they waiting for ? If they ban me,atleast I can have some peace of mind and go start a new game.abt that Reddit thing I read it too on the net. Do you have any idea as to when the atomic age will be released ??

youve spent money on their game. Why would they ban you if they ever thought you would spend more money? The only "soft ban" anyways by taking your medals away and disallowing you to join alliances. Also no idea about the atomic age

well they did'nt soft ban me either. My 1051 medals are intact and I am able to join open alliances but right now I myself choose to stay out of any alliance so as to maintain a low profile.
