 it makes all of your heroes' first skill available at all times = unlimited spamming. Like if you have Hector your opponent's first & mid row heroes are guaranteed to stay stunned for the whole match

exactly. In Zahir's hack the blue bar doesnt have to fill for skills to trigger.

i tried. kinda... dunno what he hacked but i think it's changed on the new version... his tweak didn't work for me before so yh.
