Help/Support Settings Keep Crashing

Hello! I am experiencing a problem in where my settings app keep crashing. The only time it works if it is right after a respring/reboot but other time it just crash when I click on it. I don't want to restore since I have a lot of stuff on my device and like my jailbreak.
