TDMD and CX.HS are both in the dropbox link I have posted above along with every other widget, the boot logo, and much more for this setup.

I can't give sources. All of these widgets are custom. I mean I could make a source if you guys wanted.

And with the dropbox all you have to to is download all of it to a computer and put the files in the necessary directories on your phone through iMazing, iExplorer, etc.
