Help/Support PreferenceLoader not working

Hey so I have a bunch of stuff thats supposed to show up in settings.app like localiapstore and activator and it worked but today it just disapeared. I'm on ios 9.3.2.

Been on 8.4 for too long; tethered doesn't exist to me anymore

I'm sure I'm jailbroken and reinstalling did nothing
