iPhone Factory Unlocked Troubling Service issue

    I am having this Problem.
    I live in Pakistan I bought iPhone 5 on iOS 9.2 second hand from the Market and I have updated it to 9.2.1 successfully. it is Factory Unlocked I used a Local Sim Card and it worked fine all the way down This Year 2016 .. It’s been 9 months and now I wanted to sell it so I Hard Reset it to Factory Defaults.. By going to Settings -> General -> reset -> ERASE ALL CONTENTS AND SETTINGS TO DEFAULT. And then I updated it to iOS 9.3.5 So, after that my phone is not catching Signals for any other sim card.. Even the one I have used in it in a year time.. I reset it several times.. Tried DFU mode restore using iTunes. Trying many other different sim cards. Updated Carrier Settings but its not catching signals.. It says NO SERVICE and If I restart it give 2 bars of signals and with "Roaming 1x" .. In Settings -> About -> Carrier There is written KDDI 24.2 while there should be my local sim carrier name i.e Zong PK. if I turn off roaming it gives me Invalid Sim or Sim Failure Error.. I have cleaned the Sim Tray. So I don’t getting the problem with the phone. Please guide me.
     
     
    Now I have downgraded to 9.3.4
     
    PS. It is showing SIM Application (my local sim Application ) by going Settings -> Phone -> Sim Application.
     
    Any help will be highly Appreciated..
