I saw this feature in ios 9 that you don't require to enter your password for Apple iD when you are downloading free apps. Is it possible to do smth like this in ios 8?

It's not required by default, the only nuance is that "free" means free apps with no iaps. For example try to download something free made by Apple - password window shouldn't appear.

  1. Open the Settings app and head to “iTunes & App Store”

Under the Apple ID username, choose “Password Settings” *

Under the ‘Free Downloads’ section, toggle the switch for “Require Password” to the OFF position

Exit Settings as usual

Use PasswordPilot. It's free in Cydia. Works well from iOS 7 to 9. The description says iOS 7 but it works with iOS 8 & 9.
