Use iOS App Signer to convert it into an .IPA but if you have windows use this tutorial: 

 

Get iFunBox and download this too: https://www.dropbox....n6/lib.zip?dl=0

 

Open iFunbox and navigate to /var/mobile/Media/Books then drop the ‘lib’ folder to that directory

 

Open MobileTerminal on your iPhone or iPad that we just converted to iPA and installed and type in the following commands.

type su

type in your password. default is alpine

type: 

cp -R /var/mobile/Media/Books/lib /var

 

After that, Cydia should start working again.
