Help/Support Please help I'm desperate cydia

[Rinoqp 6 iPod Touch 11.2.5]

I uninstalled cydia now but every time I reinstall the jailbreak it does not reinstall cydia I have tried both English and Chinese version of jailbreak and to top it off my Deb depackaging is not working so I can't install any Deb files but I am still jail broken.

had the same problem just dont update to the new ios like i did.

Damit why couldn't I have seen that a day ago I have deleted my dpkg files don't ask me why guess we all do dumb ass things lol I'm like totally screwed right now I don't want to lose my jailbreak I have to hack civ and just learnt Ida hacking what do I doooo omg freaking out my phone has committed suicide

Was hoping if I got cydia back on here I could install the tools I need to fix this

Wont be able to since its trying to use a folder from your previous backup that does not exist anymore this is usually caused because u maube restored to 9.3.3 using a backup, but the cydia libs are not there because the folder no longer exists.
