Cydia Cydia repo problems

Hey peeps having a problem with Cydia repos I get this error msg right when I open Cydia.

 

Could not open file /var/lib/dpkg/status - open(2: no such file or directory.)

 

The package list or status file could not be parsed or opened.

 

I tried to install OpenSSh deb but I get I file error 512 so nothing will install through I file. Thanks you in advance I hate asking for help but im sol and out of ideas.????????????

That was the first thing I tried I can't even install or search for anything everything is gone but I can still open some of the apps like ifile. Every time I refresh the same error msg appears.

If my ifile would install right I would get somewhere with it I think but every time I install for example OpenSSh I get error code 512

Ok so all my tweaks and everything else is gone and not in Cydia. I backed up with backup az 2 but it happens to be one of the apps that will not open the only apps that will open. Are ifile and a few others. I didn't have OpenSSh installed so I tried to install through ifile but I get error code 512 so my question is now what do I do lol
