Help/Support Messages and Notifications are not opening properly on iOSGods

They don't open only

When I click on message or notification just a white click comes

on ur phone or on pc?

edit: Right-Click the Messages icon, Open in a New Tab then delete the PM who has emoji inside the Subject. 

if on phone, hold the pm button and open it in a new tab then delete the PM who has emoji inside the subject

I tried that but new tab doesn't opens

Only the same tab comes

 

On my phone it is..

 

Anyone with a solution

 

Guys the new tab is not opening.my browser is working fine but has error in this site only
