Of a new Account i cant see pokestops or pokemon with original Pokémon go App no bot no hack or orher...

download a VPN, ( Virtual Protection Network ) an maybe that will fix it, or make a new account an use one of the hacked apps with the anti-ban. This is just a prediction im not a Pokémon expert

I don't think that they can ban your phone... Try to log in from a different device and try to reboot your router to change the Wi-Fi IP Address

Iam dont log in with w-lan

I think that Niantic banned the IP and the UDID (for iphone).

You can change your IP with a VPN or proxy, and you can change virtually the physical adress on your phone with cydia.
