Help/Support Deezer Trial Account Outside U.S.

So for the past 3 days now DiDa has been trying to help me get a Deezer Trial Account started and I have not be able to at all. I can't even get past a Premium+ button and it's very confusing. I recently found out that I need my account made and started outside of the country for it to work and get me started so would someone mind helping me out please?
