Help/Support Untethered 9.3.3 Jailbreak must restart over 10 times for tweaks to load

Hello guys, I'm having this issue where I know that the new 9.3.3 Jailbreak is Untethered so everything your device reboots for whatever reason you must Restart it for the tweaks and apps can load well, when I do restart it using Pangu App it makes all Jailbroken Apps work but none of the tweaks/patchers work nor show up in Settings, I have to restart my device like over 10 times for both Jailbroken Apps and Tweaks/Patchers can successfully load in Settings and function this gets really annoying when you have to keep restarting over 10 times for it to fully function, anyone else having this issue?

Once the Jailbroken Apps work with one restart, the Pangu App doesn't have the option to restart again since it "senses" things work, so lucky I have Activator so every time I restart using Pangu App I can just simply press "Restart" in Activator since the tweaks/patchers aren't working and I must do it over 10 times -.- is there any reason why this happens or is this for everyone?

Even when I respring my device because Cydia needs to because of a tweak I installed, the tweaks/patchers sometimes don't work so I'll have to restart even when it's just a simple Respring also,

FIXES?

CAUSES? (I don't have any tweak installed that would cause this all my downloaded hacks from Cydia are from the main repos and I only have about 13 installed tweaks all functional with iOS 9.3.3)

When you restart it, try reinstalling Cydia Substrate and maybe the patchers will be displayed.

Even when I restart(respring it) it's random sometimes if I get extremely lucky the Apps work and the Patchers/Tweaks too that happened only like 3 times but most times I must restart(respring) multiple times maybe 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9 it's all random -.-

Let me try, but first do you have this issue, every time even if respring your patchers/tweaks stop working? And must restart lots of times

You shouldn't have to "reboot" your device for hacks. Additionally, you rarely need to even "respring" your device for hacks. And anything you install in Cydia will automatically show you which "reboot" or "respring" needs to be done. If you are installing thw tweak through Filza you will always see "respring" in the top right, as an option. The only time you should need to "respring" is after you have installed the tweak and nothing shows up after scrolling down in settings.

For fixing tweaks not showing up in settings...

First check PreferenceLoader, in Cydia is in fact installed. Even if it IS installed, tap "Modify" in the upper right corner then tap re-install. If this doesn't fix your issue than you have an actual Cydia installation issue and may need to be re-jailbroken.

P.S. "untethered JB" is when you DO NOT have to re-jailbreak everytime a system tweak is installed. "Tethered JB" is when you must re-install JB after system tweaks are installed. If you "reboot" not "respring" when asked after tweak install and you lose your JB than you are on a "Tethered JB"

I don't have that issue. You may have installed a tweak that is not interfering with some of your tweaks.

Correct, some tweaks show up as Respring and is an option, sometimes the tweak doesn't work until I respring so I must respring in those cases and once I respring it'll be a random chance if the tweaks & patchers function, most likely not and I'll have to respring random times for all the tweaks and patchers to function properly maybe 1/2/3/5/6/7/8/9 times but I'll try modifying PreferanceLoader once I'm done gaining Instagram Followeds, I just made a long tutorial on how to gain IG Followers so after this I'll do that and, at once point I think for some reason I had to restore my 6S+ because it wouldn't turn on and even back then my 6S+ 64GB had this issue but thanks I'll notify you guys when I try
