Help/Support Fate/Grand Order crashes at start-up

Hi guys,

 

I'm having a little trouble playing Fate/Grand Order. I'm jail broken on an iPhone 6 running iOS 8.4. Whenever I try to open the app it will stay on the same screen for about 7 seconds, crash, and then open my email and have an email ready to be sent to their support, basically saying I got error 23. I know that error 23 is a "you're jail broken" error, but I haven't been able to figure out how to stop it. I tried using tsProtector, but that just made the error go from 23 to 11, and I did not find any tweaks on Flex. Has anyone been able to resolve this, or could anyone help me resolve this? I'll gladly provide any extra information if needed.

Hey DiDa thanks for responding and so sorry at the terribly late reply.

 

Yes I had tried xCon, but that didn't work. I, in all honesty, am about to give up on the game and just find another game to play, as I've been trying a few things over the last week to no avail. Or find another one I can attempt to play. These guys really are obstinate in device modification >_>

Perhaps you can try the chinese ver, they don't have any jb checks, but game contents are less b/c it just came out like about 2 weeks ago
