Maybe it's an error from SC, it happened 11 months ago to a lot of users. Either wait it out, report it to SC, or wait for another people to answer. Hope you find a solution for this.

Maybe you got soft-banned by SnapChat... Try to unjailbreak using Cydia Eraser and then see if SnapChat works... Maybe it detects that you're jailbroken
