Since yesterday I cannot send any single snaps to any of my friends on my iPhone 6s device but I can send messeges I tried cache conversation and cache etc and I even reinstalled snapchat 3 times and rebooted my phone but still it keeps saying cannot send try again always to everyone then I tried sending stuff on my brothers tablet and snapchat works perfectly fine on that?

Yes I have Phantom But even When I removed Phantom it wouldn't still send any snaps

Remove any other Tweak that is related to Snapchat, then delete SC and reboot your device then re-download.

What did you do before the problem started? Did you install a hack? Try to clear a little storage.
