Help/Support Cant Connect To putty, WinSCP

So ive been connecting to putty, WinSCP from this IP

 

 

 

 

and it works fine but there is just one problem my brother has blocked me from using his wifi

so now im using this one

 

 

 

 

and now i cant use the Xfinity wifi on putty nor WinSCP i get this 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Is there anyway that i can get it to connect to the Xfinity wifi?

I think the internet maybe not supported or its too slow? just my guess.

Never seen this before but try resetting network setings and give your brother a good spank.

i have this too, maybe in local admin has blocked remote or smth idk

 

Just use usb tunnel in ifunbox and you're done

Try using a different port when connecting via PuTTY
