Damn, I really don't understand how to do it.

I have 5.000 tax collected achievement, so I tried with 100.000 taxes

1. I've found my taxes in igg (7408 in my case)

2. changed the value to 99.999

3. then I closed both apps

4. opened the game and i see the amount of collected taxes: 99.999

5. I started igg and then have found 99.999

6. Next, I did Nearby searching for 100.000, is it right?

7. I've found about 17 values between 100000.00000 and 999.999 what's the point? What I should do next with it?

I changed all values to 560.000 and went back to the game. Achievement has done but only!

My cash has no changes and I really don't realize how to change it.

I've got it!

It's all about to change reward value to get some cash, brilliant!
