Restore and retry. Make sure you're Jailbreaking a fresh iDevice, then you can restore from your backup.

I think that i have a solution, try to connect or disconnect "wi-fi" when you are on the pangu app. Then, start the process.

I fixed it. Just need to click the lock  power button slower.

Backup -> Restore -> Jailbreak -> Try Cydia -> If all is okay, restore from backup.

i have had this issue

open the pangu app, wait 5 to 10 secs then click the button to rejailbreak and wait a 5-10 more seconds before locking the phone after all that lock it and you will get it succeed

have you tried to downgrade to iOS 9.3.2 and jailbreak that version?
