I got banned too .. Never used a bot , but i use a vpn.. cause the game is not availible in my region/country.

you need to confirm your adress mail, in my mailbox i have received an email saying : confirm your adress or in two day your account will be blocked

 

but i already confirm email after i register using ptc account . so how come i can confirm email back

I had to confirm my email 100 times due to changes

My accounts are more than 10 days old so they should be confirmed. All was botted beside 4 accs that only have one pokemon that i catched myself, and they got banned too
