The hack you're trying to install is not compatible with iOS 11.

4. Re-installing Impactor

Anyone know how I might be able to go about resolving this?

I tried doing this with a freshly created local user account, nothing else was even on it besides basic stuff.

Same issue.

Perhaps try an older version of Impactor.
