so i think thats maybe:

1- Free Bot, but you need registered to their forum.

2- Paid bot, you need give they a donation (min 1 USD)

edit: My mega drive and Google Drive now uploaded PokeFarmer v1.0.105, Catch'em v1.3.1, and PokeCrot v4.6 is progress.

Yes - that seems to be the case. I just tried to patch it myself but had the same problem. Won't take long I'm sure for people smarter than us to find the new text string to search for
