Probably ''ban'', because soft ban is where you don't earn xp from pokestops and pokemon always flee.

if this isn't a ''bug/problem'' with Niantic, then it is a permanent ban.

 

For sure not a soft ban.

Guys dont dream its a permanent ban, just go google and find tons of articleas about that.

They just started today.

The also put a form on their web site to use to submit A ban appeal

Right if it isn't permanent why would they have a nice ban appeal page.

they're banning everybody (that used hacks)

some still are 'surviving', don't know why

i think my Lvl.40 is also banned too tried Quickspin to get unbanned but receive following message:

 

"Receivend an error while running"

"Message: Expected 5 responses but get 1 respones"

- Please confirm that the PokemonGo servers are online before using QuickSpin
