Help/Support Can't restore using iTunes Error -14

Do you have something on your device blocking the restore maybe?

Remove Cydia Substrate and all your tweaks to be sure and boot into Safe Mode maybe?

How can i remove them? my device already stuck at 20% of restore so im on dfu mode, is there anyway to remove them through DFU mode?

5 different computers and still same problem, maybe hardware?

The problem is cydia, itunes blocks restoration because of cydia. Personally, the only solution is that you retaures your phone directly without iTunes. After you can put ios version 9.3.3 which is still certified.

You can restore with your iPhone without iTunes Setting-> General -> reset -> ecrase all content and setting.

Make a backup before.

 

Reinstall your iphone with your backup on iTunes and remake the jailbreak to reinstall cydia.
