Help/Support Can't restore using iTunes Error -14

My current ios v is 9.3.3 on iphone 5s i downloaded my version but i cant restore it, keeps getting error (14) and im with latest itunes version. any solutions please?

Error 14 is:

Check your USB connections

If you see error 4005, 4013, or 4014, learn what to do. If you see one of the errors below, you might have a USB connection issue:
13, 14, 1600, 1601, 1602, 1603, 1604, 1611, 1643-1650
2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009
An error message that includes, "invalid response"
Use these steps to see if the issue is with your USB cable, USB port, or computer. Try again after each step:
Use the USB cable that came with your device. If you don't have it, try a different Apple USB cable. 
Switch to a different USB port on your computer. Don't plug into your keyboard.
Plug into a different computer.
If you still see the error, you can check for other USB issues, issues with third-party security software, and issues with hardware.

tried to plug usb on 5 different computers and changed like 3 original usb still same error :'(

i had this once i had to remove the apple software from my pc for it to reinstall the software also restart your pc for it to reinstall and trust your pc then restore your phone

Maybe you need to speak to someone in Apple Store about your device not connecting to your pc

told me the same, about my USB but im sure its not cause i tried over different 7 USB. I have question please, Im on 9.3.3 and trying to restore to same ios version which is 9.3.3 but without backup, is it possible even after their ios 9.3.4 release?

Yeh apples still signed iOS 9.3.3 for now so you are good why don't you restore your device then install a back up after its a fresh?
