Help/Support Cygwin make package error

hello i have and error on windows i hope you can help

yep 100%

i had it cygwin installed before and deleted the folder, could that be the problem?

I think you forgot the last step? (Opening .bash_profile and...) Can you check again?

Also make sure to restart the Cygwin terminal and editing .bash_profile

If you followed the tutorial, you shouldn't be getting these issues. Maybe try reinstalling again?
