For better result i highly recommend to delete the ptsusername + Password value, to make it empty.

 

 

No sure, but it be because of the google servers are down somehow for bot atm, But the Ptc working perfectly.

Since you are using a google acc : 

You should keep the google Email + Password

And remove the : 
value="PtcUsername" /> 
And
value="PtcPassword" />

And keep them empty like this or just write x : 
value="" />        OR       value="x" />
