Your config file might not be in the correct format, such as config.properties.txt. After changing the file when it is a .template, you just delete the extension so it should be just "config.properties"

have been running the bot for a week, config file is perfectly fine and called .properties and not .properties.txt

Did you create a folder on your desktop called "Bot" and plug in the correct cd and java command?
