I tested to see if the bots to go on pokemon been updated . Of course, it was not working but when I restarted the application I could no longer take pokestops and I can not get me unbanned . What to do ?

I can no longer make fighting arenas and recover pokestops I softban . But I can not unban me with the usual method.

Are you on latest version? Do you have Poke Patch or Masterball? Did you try the create new account-catch pokemon-log in on banned account trick? You could also try switching your system time forward one day.

Bans are server-sided, so there's really nothing you can do but wait out the soft ban. You shouldn't be banned for more than 6 hours.
