mabey it wasn't promoting to you, but in iosgods you can't link other sites and "promote" ( most forums do this) idk tho. Talk to a admin or a mod to make sure.

I guess I could see that being kinda fair but then this sight would be pm banning mass amounts of people. I too received links that I asked for whether or not it was a download from other people so I cant really see that being possible. You never know though.

New members can't send as many PMs as an older member can. So you probably exceeded your limit.

 

Furthermore, you can't get banned from sending PMs only. You can only get banned from the ShoutBox or from the site as a whole.

 

So no, you don't have warnings, and you're not banned.
