Request Easy Mac AppleScript

Here's a bot for Pokemon go that runs on Mac. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=E5rsLlhpZL8
It stops running after 90 minutes, so I'm just requesting a simple AppleScript that will do something like this

 

open Terminal

type cd /Users/tryfon/Desktop/Bot

type java -jar /Users/tryfon/Desktop/Bot/pogo.scraper-all-0.5.0-alpha4.jar

count 5400

quit Terminal

repeat 100 times

I actually somehow made it myself, never having applescript experience in my life
