When I click the icon to open it, it opens after 25 seconds and but by bit start appearing not the whole window pops up.

With your new PC, I suggest either using Kaspersky or Bitdefender.

Bitdefender has a 1 year giveaway going on also.

Malwarebytes is also grsat if you install them side by side.

why not avast?
