The way I got a legit copy of win 10 after the free upgrade date is download win 8.1 use KMSPico that way you have a legit copy then Download the tool from some where Microsoft don't have the tool on there site so you have to look around for a alt download up grade to 10 that way and your now useing a legit copy of win 10

I of course don't condone anything that's not legit but who am I to judge
