delete all previous files for igg and reinstall it, use icleaner to delete cache files for old igg

I followed all of the steps in the video, and I wrote all of the repos in Cydia.
But I still can't get in, I downloaded the plist and put it in the right place. I've tried to redo this a couple of times but still doesn't work
