Help/Support GPS signal not found/ Location services not working

So i just got this message, tried reinstalling still the same.(tried booting safemode/ reboot but the game detected as it was jailbroken and crashed).
Also uninstalled that pogo+ and still the same.

Update

Thought it was only Pokemon GO but even google maps couldn't locate me, and I was prompted everytime i clicked locate me. Location services weren't showing as they should IMG.

Im not really sure what could cause this but my location page looks like this(and the app didnt ask me for acess to location services when i reinstalled):
