Well I am using this and it is working very well indeed.

 

So far I have leveled up quickly and managing to snag over 200+ pokestops at a time which is a good thing.

 

Anyone who wants to no where all the stops are here is the cords and some proof of the stops it is insane to level up here guys.

 

35.6721134697151 : 139.755017730624 (Tokyo Train Station) - A good rate of Dratinis Squirtles and Bulbasaurs along with a few other nice pokemon   oh and the 200+ pokestops is a nice thing too

I tried to show a good selection of pokemon but with pokevision currently being down I had to rely on some not so good apps to provide the pokemon screen shot. There is tons more there than what that shows.
