Try

What could happen? possibly lose the jailbreak. What you'll want to do is open cydia, tap the "installed" tab at the bottom. Then up top, select "expert" (user/expert/recent are the choices). Then scroll down to cydia installer, tap it, tap modify up top right, then tap remove. After it is done, open safari and go to this link: http://apt.saurik.com/debs/cydia_1.1.16_iphoneos-arm.deb, and when it asks to open in ifile, chose yes. It should run thru and reinstall "cydia installer". If no errors, then attempt to refresh sources.

I have an idea:

I hope you have done a backup before jailbreak. If so

1st: download the newest IPSW (iOS 9.3.3)

2nd: restore it with your backup

3rd: rejailbreak

Good luck
