Good for you! I'm glad you found the strength to change your life for the better. I concur with you. Sugar and other fast carbohydrates are detrimental to our body. For this reason, nutrition is very important when we think about losing or putting on weight. I had a little trouble growing muscle mass when I first started exercising. It turned out I needed to pay more attention to proper nutrition. I think you should combine your diet and training regimen and follow these rules. Only in this case there will be results and you will feel better, looking like a young Jean-Claude Van Damme. I wish you good luck in improving yourself.
