    Has Cydia worked before? Or did you just jailbreak and Cydia is not working?

    Did you install anything from cydia? Tweaks, Applications, etc.

    If so, do those work after jailbreaking via the PP app, do they as well crash like Cydia?

     

    Yeah none work now.

    I might just restore since I have nothing on my phone right now

    Yea, you should. I wouldn't trust PP anyways, they don't have such a clean history with malware/adware

    I would use https://totoateam.com/pangujb/, you can just install the jailbreak from safari (like JailbreakMe back in the day), I've used it, and haven't experienced any issues
