How do i ignore a certain pokemon?

I think they have started perm banning bot users. I read something about it on the net. I also have not been able to log in on my phone. Straight after entering the log in information (user and pass) the app closes automatically. I think perm bans are in place now. The only thing is though that I cannot even log in using my other legit account. 

 

Anyone else having the same issue?

Wow, bot runs great and everything seems to work like it should for the most part. However, for some odd reason, it doesn't transfer all the pokemon with CP lower than what I set KeepMinCP at. It transfers some of them, but a lot of them get left in my box, so I have to manually transfer them later.

 

Does anyone else have this problem? Has anyone found a fix for it?

If i had to guess its because you have a number specified for keep minimum amount.
